International Nia Trainer
Mia is a Nia Faculty Trainer and second-degree Black Belt teacher. She guides people through movement, somatic education and embodied awareness, with a focus on joy, connection and wellbeing.
Her experience includes teaching classes and workshops, individual sessions, community projects and corporate wellbeing.

Training fee
Special Namibian rate: US$1,200.
